    Rare I'm guessing, right?

Porterhouse for steak.....7 bone roast is my other favorite. Sear it, toss it in a dutch oven pour a coke over the top and cook at 350 for couple of hours....meat falls apart with a spoon. ONe hour into cooking toss in carrots, onions and a few cut up potatoes.

I'm a hunter....I actually prefer venison chops, or elk chops. Cooked right you can't beat them. But I actually like all beef as well. Not to picky. Just lean good cuts of meat. Damn, I'm hungry now.........

I've never seen a 'Porterhouse' steak, don't do them here. But my favourite would have to be the biggest baddest T-bone I can find. Medium-rare.

    ..you've got it, Bouncer...a porterhouse is basically a "super-sized" T-bone....
