I had gyno through puberty but it cleared up on its own why do guys who get it from AS have to have surgery is it worse?
Also I know deca gyno is from progest. is it possible to not happen the fisrt cycle and then happen on the second cycle or is it all or nothing

You may have had fatty build ups from excess amount of progesterone or estrogen but I dont believe you had full blown gynocomastia - AS or not it's taken out by surgery - and as for your question bout can you skip it first cycle but still get it the next? Yes

You could go through 5 cycles without getting it and then have one cycle where it hits you hard
