I need help organizing my diet please cause im kinda confused as how to put things in order.
I workout in the morning and do cario Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. On the other days I do my weight sessions. Now, I need you guys do give some input on how to organize my PWO meal, etc. Im on a cutting cycle.
And if you can post an example diet I am going to be very Thankfull.
