But for muscle mass, it seems that I'm not as bulked as D-bol promises...I eat from 3000-4000 calories a day, work out everyother day, do heavy weight 6-8 reps, and about 15-16 sets. My strength has gone crazy. 185 max-225 bench in the 4 weeks. I'm told that I'll notice muscle mass after 4 weeks; should I continue another 2 weeks?
