Everyone is entirely different. you might get 10lbs you might get nothing, nobody can tell you for sure. Diet has everything to do with your gains as well

Just want to make sure im on track. Also, what type of diet plans do you guys prefer? I dont eat fast food, but products I cook myself.
what do you mean with a 3 or 4 week period? are you doing a 4 week cycle or you mean the first weeks of your cycle?
I wanted to see if there were any Real noticable weight gains in the first 3-4 weeks of my cycle (cycle being 8 weeks long).Originally Posted by gabriel595
