lr3IGF-1 is not a controlled substance as of yet to the best of my knowledge. But how would you explain what it is to somebody that doesn't understand? It will still cause you problems. The main reason why is because you don't have a script. If you're flying, just pack it in your bathroom kit and mix it when you get to where you're going. It's stable at room temp for quite awhile before reconstituting.
