The key word is 65 and older. 1.4 kilograms of muscle is 3 lbs of muscle. How do they determine what is muscle and what is fat. Hope this is after bowel movement.

i doubt oral administration will have any significant effect on healthy males in their 20s and 30s when it comes to bodybuilding./
