Yes I've searched and read everything I could on MGF that this board has to offer. I'm still can't get a feel for what seems to be the most effective use of this product.
Here's a little about my current situation. I'm sitting at 6' 235 with a bf % of probably 16-18%. I started in January at 260 with a bf of probably about 25%. I've been trying to cut down slowly to conserve muscle and my goal is to get to 10% bf at whatever weight that may be.
I'm 7 weeks into the following cycle:
weeks 1-20 prop 300mg ed
weeks 1-8 tren 100mg ed
weeks 1-20 T3 @ 100mcg ed
I've been pretty succesful at conserving muscle while using the T3 and cutting my calories/carbs. I just ordered 2mg of the MGF while I has it discounted. My question would be to the people who have used it, what would be the best time to introduce it into my cycle, what dosage and when to inject?
I've read that you should do it post workout, and I've also read that you shouldn't do it post cycle. I've also read of dosages from 50-100mg per injection. I'm not expecting this to help with fat loss, but I'd like to see what it can do during a cutting cycle.
Any input is appreciated.
