I play rugby and am looking to achieve 230 pds but also have functional strength ya know. I was hoping to build muscle in a cycle and then do a "cut" cycle. I mean I really dont know much but am researching more and more each day.
I wanted to ask, for you experienced guys, what supplements and cycle should I take? Do you guys also take supplements to fight against effects such as "boobs"? I'm really just trying to get information before I purchase and start early january.
