    Exclamation It's cold outside... and...cold inside, my fake DNP log!

    Well, due to all the recent logs around here and the success they have had wth DNP, I decided to give it a mild run. I'm gonna run it for just 10 days @ 250mg just to see how I react, then in the future do 15-20days @ 250-500mg's but keeping it small and safe for now.
    I am starting at 218 pounds.
    Supportive Supps
    • Vitamin E
    • Vitamin C
    • Magnesium
    • Potassium/Sodium
    • Taurine
    • Calcium Pyruvate
    • Multi-Vitamin
    • T-4 (200mcg's/ED)
    • Clen

    I do have Benedryl on hand also.

    Day 1:

    Just took it 8am this morning, should be interesting to see if I feel anything the first day. Will check in later in the day.

    I concur, bad choice all around, but the lure is great.

    So, if you run it at your weight of 220+ if I recall correctly, that dosage will have only a marginal impact. You should run 200mgs (the additional 50mgs are from crystalline salt) for the first couple of days to acclimate yourself then increase at least to 400mgs.

    And even with your fluid balancing (Taurine) and electrolyte supps, it would behoove you to routinely drink Gator/Powerade for continued replenishment.

    Yeah for such a mild dosage, I'm not expecting too much, but hopefully I can shred a few unwanted pounds.

    Dude are you trying to lose bodyfat? That would be the least of my concerns if I was you but, we aren't each other and I wish you luck and hope no harm comes of this. I hate stimulants, they gave me weird chest "feelings".

    DNP isn't a stimulant, you dont get any of the palpitations, tight chest, raised resting pulse etc etc

    It's going great thanks for asking.

    45-60 minutes of AM cardio at least 4-5 days a week. Something another 30 after workout

    It's god given genetic love handles man, it sucks I've tried all sorts of diets and stuff not, but lets see if DNP gets rid of these. The only place i'm carrying any excessive fat is in the love handle, my legs/arms/upper chest are solid, and i even have upper abs.

    Most people don't have what it takes, they blame a "slow metabolism or genetics" for the cause of them being over-weight or unconditioned when in most cases it lies in the fact that they can't follow a program and stay with a consistant regimen.

    I'm on day 7 of my DNP, I think its the same stuff you're on SVT if you got the caps with all the added stuff. I can't believe how uncrazy it is, I was expecting to be cooking like a turkey but I'm really not. I'm going to up it to 500mg, I would have done so last night but I had probation this morning and I doubt my PO would believe I wasn't on something worse if I went in there all sweaty and hot!

    Swap that T4 for T3 @ 50mcg. Your body struggles to convert T4 into T3 whilst taking DNP due to an enzyme defficiency. Your T4 levels during a T4 cycle will be relatively high already!!

    Your caps do contain Taurine, but as we discussed it's good to bung it in on top. Can't hurt!!

    Could you elaborate on this? It's been well established that DNP inhibits T4 binding to serum albumin, which actually increases total free T4 levels. This results in an accelerated clearance from circulation and a drop in protein bound iodine levels.

    Yeah Day 2 I still feel 100%, banged out another 45 minutes of AM cardio.
    I understand alot of you may have the attitude that I shouldn't be on DNP, but I'm just running a mild test dose, so please keep negative comments to youself I'm doing this log for those who want to run it in the future

    36 hour half life SVT ... You'll need to run whatever dose you run for 5 days to experience the full effect of the dose you're doing - or, bypass the waiting, and do double ... and then return to 1 ED. If it really is 500mg each, you will FEEL IT!

    I'm on DNP right now... it's effective, but, I've learned it deactivates (oxidizes possible) over time. So, the 200mg caps I'm taking are probably about 100 ... But, as I've done it before... i've learned that the bottom line with this sh1t, is that you need to

    take whatever dose it is that resides between uncomfortable ... and intolerable.
