    should i do steroids

    age 29
    160
    6 ft

    been lifting since highshool. Never really lifted seriously for a couple years straight. I usually have a 3 or 4 month peroid of lifting really hard. I eat right. plenty of protein shakes, lean meat, carbs, and supplements. I'm not sure if i should just keep trying to get big the all american way with hard work, i dont seem to get big.

    I have tried taking in 4000 to 5000 calories. I cant count the number of weight gaining bottles i have eaten. I even tried just eating 100% healthy. If i did do steroids it would be just one time with test e and a good pct. Do i sound like i should resort to steroids or no cheat and keep trying to get big on my own. i am starting to get older though.

    i must remeber that even if i did want to do steroids i dont have a source.

    The weight is not just gonna all of a sudden come on once you start taking aas. Secondly, you make it sound like it's easy once you do. You have to work extremely hard and diet properly to maximize your growth while cycling. To put it bluntly, you don't have the dedication, you say you lift seriously for a few months at a clip and the fact that you can't gain weight is an excuse.

    yeh i wouldnt consider it...most people i know did their first cycle to overcome a plateu they had been working on for 6+mnths...you need to re-evaluate your diet, workout and training if your 6'0 tall and 160lbs...and no one that i know that has used befor...used only once

    I think the most common reply you're gonna get man is....

    At least 10 people will say this in various different terms...but you get the jist of it.

    You need to do some research. read about the side-effect of steroids; read the profile of these steroid compounds; read commentaries from steroid users; read why legislator outlaw the use of steriods; read about nutrition and how to eat healthy to workout successfully; study how to workout w/ a trainer etc. Bottom line u will come to conclusion that steriod is not for everybody.

    hmm, for my first cycle and your weight, i would run 1000mgs of trenbolone a day, with 1000mcg of clen an hour. ;]

    just kidding, don't try that.
