So today, my first day, took 1.5 scoops, 30 minutes before workout. Get to doing chest first, nothing. No pump, no increase in strength, no better apperance.
Moved to triceps and biceps. Nothing really. Arms were pretty pumped, but my arms always get that way for bicep workouts.
The workout took close 1 hour and 45 minutes, and nothing....if there was something, it was very minamal and not worth my money.
Im pretty dissappointed cuz of all the hype its been getting, but I suppose ev1 is different.
NO Explode doesnt work, Redline doesnt work, Full Throtle doesnt work, and now, I can scratch off NO Shotgun....is something wrong with me?
I heard NO3 Overload was crazy stuff, but I am now skeptical as nothing seems to work.
All I got from shotgun was a headache and yucky tummy feeling...i suck at life![]()
