Do your pct obviously after a cycle i try my best to maintain the same drive and keep pumping the same weight in the gym, and maintain the same calories as when i was on the cycle for as long as possible, over time it will go down but fight as long as you can.

yea im doing my PCT right now. so as far as training goes i can keep the same intensity? I heard somewhere that since im in a catabolic state due to ***leted Test levels, i should lower the intensity a bit. any ideas?

Train the same way to keep your muscle as you did to gain it.
