Hey folks,

Here are some new pics of me taken today (6/28/07). My current stats are as follows:

100% NATTY
Age: 29 (will be 30 in December)
Height: 5'7 (still short!)
Weight: 180lbs
Bodyfat: Around 10% (I guess)
Waist: 31"

I think my main accolade resides in my lower body development. What's next for me? My next goal is to cut down to 170lbs by August 14th. But for the most part, I am very happy with my physique at this time.

Thank you sir. My posing is not very good at all, so I think that makes my delts looks smaller than they really are. My chest, calves and delts are being heavily addressed right now so I hope to catch them up to the other parts of my body in the not so distant future.

My diet? Lets just say that I adhere to the 40/40/20 rule of thumb. I don't talk about my training or diet regimen on here. The way I see it is....I've spent nearly 5 years attempting to figure out how my body will best respond to what I give to it. I've finally figured myself out and I simply stick to what works best for me. I choose not to share it because there's a better than average chance that it will not work for you. Mainly being the fact that it is tailored specifically for my body type.

I agree with you in your approach to diet in those regards. I've been at this a year, and I am only starting to understand how my body responds to food. Just when I think my diet could not be any cleaner or better, I find out how far I am.

Right on my friend. Looking great, lower body development is superb. Great to see what true hard work and discipline can do while training without the use of AAS. Truly a remarkable physique imo.

I think with a little bit of posing pratice you can really display your great physique even better. I would say especially in the lat spread because it looks asthought you drop your shoulders a bit.

But really you look fantastic and just like you have perfected your diet and training Im sure you will your posing as well.

Nah, it'll never happen. You know those certain personal rules or principles that you'll just never flirt with? Well, this is one for me. Do I frown down upon those that use them? Absolutely not.

The way I see it is, we're all at point A while attempting to get to point B. Some choose an expedited approach by introducing steroids, and that's cool if that floats your boat. I, on the other hand, choose to maximize how I was created by utilizing the tools that were given to me. In order for me to correctly represent what I bring to the table, I must remain and always will remain natural.

Hey the guys got a decent physique and he can progress much more i know some naturals who look ****ing awesome but hes never going to win any shows so essentially hes a fitness trainer(bodybuilding is a sport your not a bodybuilder unless you compete your just some one who likes training your body).

your back has more thickness and detail too. Your upperbody looks about the same, but looks like you've been working your upperchest and your chest has great shape.

Natty or not, doesnt matter, cause you'ved been making progress while everyone else talks about it.
