Could it be lower, sure, however you can start a cycle and change your eating habits. By cleaning you diet, you can grow and lean out at the same time. I would guess that many guys here on this board have more BF than they care to admit. With this said, if you start a cycle and continue eating porrly, drinking alcohol and not getting enough sleep, then you are wasting your time and money. I think most of us get serious once we take that first pin. Good luck.

More then body%, its still falls down on how much experience you have in the weight room, Whats your goal in mind?, do you even know what your doing??, when it comes to steroids??,, Your diet plan should be in order, and you being 20% tells me, i dont think it is for some reason

My novice interpretation of the bodyfat thing...

If you have too much - it is harder to see the quality gains you put on during cycle.

Also, inevitably, during cycle you eat a little more than you should to ensure maximum muscle gains, and put on additional fat. So, by the time you are of cycle your bodyfat % is quite a bit more than it was to start with.

Alternately, if you notice you are putting on bodyfat and are concerned - you reduce your calories and probably hurt your total gains.

I now about diet and what foods are good and what foods are bad for you, i now my bodyfat is a little high, ive just started doing cardio in mornings 3 times a week, this should lower my bodyfat, i could do with cleaning my diet up a little. im 205lbs in weight, my goal is drop 5%bodyfat and gain 10lbs, of muscle.

20% is alittle high, but frankly by the looks of it some guys on this board who juice ALOT are right around 18-20%.
If you use the right cycle, do proper cardio, eat well, and focus your energy in the gym, I don't see any reason why you couldnt start a cycle.
Alot of people around here can be alittle self righteous, but aren't we all just trying to stay in shape and look/feel good?

try to hit like 10-12% before you start a cycle for best results

does that really lead to better results??

other than being able to eat, eat, eat and not worry about putting on too much bf - which you will do when on a mass cycle - i'm yet to see a reason why it will impact results.

My limited understanding of the subject is that it has something to do with insulin and androgen receptors existing in muscle and fat, less fat = more favourable ratio of muscle receptors to fat receptors.

I may be wrong - bump for someone clever!

i was probably around 20 when i started my last cycle. i was way more than 20 when i did all my other cycles. i know now that i did most of my cycle wrong and at to young an age, but what is done is done. i also know im down to 14% now after my last cycle. i started eating much better this cycle after i found this site. all i can say is if you start here start right. what i mean is make sure your diet is right, without it your lost. it took 6 cycles of getting big and fatter then losing all the big and keeping the fatter to learn this, but diet really is everything. 20% in IMO is not that bad if you have a good workout routine and can diet correct. if not then say away from the juice.

It's summer so I would take advantage of the weather to drop some weight and bf% with a good diet and maybe some ECA or clen/t3 stack for great results.
