    Grip Technique?

When you all deadlift do you switch your grip each set or each workout? I am talking about alternating grip. Do you change the direction of your hands? This may be a stupid question.

For some reason I more comfortable with them facing one direction than the other. I don't wear gloves (yeah, tears the shit out off my hands) or lifting straps. Does anyone think that not switching will cause grips strength in one hand/forearm to lag?

I just alternate sets.... and expect some kind of minor imbalance between my two arms... Never use straps or gloves I can raw hold over 600lbs on my strong side but tears the crap outta my hands when the bar slides....

I agree I have also read that the over/underhand grip leads to unproportion muscle growth
