Hey everybody. This summer my schedule has been terrible and my only time to hit the gym is in the morning before I leave for work. My workout partner is insistent on not being able to wak up any earlier, so this really f's up my chances of doing cardio after we lift. So the question is: Do you think it would be counter productive to do cardio before I lift? I don't want to let cardio slip, especially since I just started a cycle of Test C/EQ. What do you guys think?
