How do you guys deal with the crippling pain of prop when playing sports? My muscles are shot for days after injections. Will heating pads help?

How do you guys deal with the crippling pain of prop when playing sports? My muscles are shot for days after injections. Will heating pads help?

I would always heat up the prop first and try to work that muscle as much as u can on the day of injection. You could also cut it with another drug or sterile oil. However, some ppl are allergic to the ester, so you may just have to suck it up. I love prop though, well testosterone in general
