Make sure you run 'spellcheck' on these items you see all over the 'net and in the magazine ads before you put down some good money. They will have product names that you will swear you heard before and know they are real gear. That's the hook. The marketing people who work for these companies can sell ice to the eskimos.

^^^ What he said. Most the stuff they recently banned was trash if you ask me. S-drol, H-drol, and havoc are still around and were the best bet to begin with.

They're all garbage, don't be fooled. Like musclesportmag said, they take a chemical, then give it a generic steroid name on the bottle like -Deca- but when you look at the chemical contents you aren't getting nandrolone. Thats how they can legally put those ads in magazines.

Only otc supps I take are 6-oxo as an AI, creatine and no2 to help with pumps. Cell Tech has some decent products that help with recovery although way overpriced.
