    How much should I eat on prop and tren a ?

    My main goal is to get more mass and strength but I also wanna lose some bodyfat at the same time. Now see my main goal is the most important and I don't want that to suffer trying to get a little dryer.

    Would it be wise to eat a little above maintenance or should I just bulk like a mother****er and care about cutting later ?

    eat 6++ times a day.

    meats, veggies. dont over do the shakes. 1 a day tops.

    your body will need more when you're on a drug. and your appetite will go up.

    you may carry more water cuz of the test, so keep your cardio in check.

    I would be getting in at least 500 more calories then your maintenance amount. Make sure your concentrating alot more on proteins and carbs and limit your fats. I would take a look at a couple of the example diets at the top of the Diet Forum and base a good diet around the advice given in a bulking section. Thats if getting bigger is your main goal.

    Yeah I allready do all of that. But how can cardio combat water retention ?
    I'm taking a-dex btw

    Why limit fats ? I usually try to limit the carbs cause they make me fat.
    I'm sort of on the Anabolic Diet eating a lot of protein and fat (no fries or anything like that) and I eat only two meals consisting of carbs (breakfast and supper) the other four I only eat protein and fat.

    agreee with what he says. but you can have more then one shake a day,i prefer a fast acting protein (whey) with my breakfast meal (egg whites and oats) and also of course.. PWO shake. and you can also do a casien protien before bed. that or eat a few servings of lowfat cottage cheese. as long as you do eat 6-8 whole food meals a day you can also add in shakes.

    since your prop and tren. you wont be carrying much water at all, if any. so that wont be a problem.

    the adex will hinder your gains a slight bit. a decent amount of estrogen is usefull in terms of muscle mass and strength. unless your prone to gyno i wouldnt even run it. if you see signs of gyno. then hop on letro or such.

    why limit fats?? cuz you just said you want to bulk and lose fat at the same time? thats why. limit your fats. you can have plenty of carbs but at the right times. breakfast. PWO shake and PPWO meal.

    I did the Anabolic Diet (fat and protein only) for a while starting at maintanance and lost fat like crazy not even doing cardio. That's why I'd rather limit the carb intake. Or isn't that aplyable on a normal BB diet ?

    btw how many is "plenty of carbs" when you eat your breakfast and PPWO meal ? It seems that's also very limiting...right ?

    I'm 24, 215lbs 15% fat or something and 2m tall

    you need to decide which is more important. and with that being said... what are your stats?? we cant help you if we dont know anything a bout you? age, height, weight. body fat%??

    if your already a decent body fat% then i say bulk. up your calories to well over maintance and beef the hell up. the tren will help keep off a slight bit of fat.

    but if your not at a decent body fat.. then cut. unless your a pro or have been doing this for years... you will be better off reaching your goals if you just set one goal and get to that point. I.E. bulk or cut.
