    Gyno Question

I have developed gyno from a cycle i did a while back. I have tried to use letro, but I think it's to late.. I must have surgery if I want to get rid of it. This may be a dumb question but....... After you have gyno removed, is it possible for it to come back?

If letro didn't help I would be surprised if nolva helps.

I think SERMS are better for reversal than any AI out there, even letro.

I've had way better luck using 60mgs of Nova - daily. Letro did nothing for me with it.

I'm using a 12 week, non-armonitizing cycle right now to see how that goes. Puts some size on in the process too.

I'll hop on Nova to reduce the size as much as possible then, in high dosages. then onto letro, to eliminate any estrogen in my body, and back to nova to take care of the estrogen rebound.

I've tried EVERYTHING but Falsodex and that's because it's more expensive than surgry.

If this don't work, I'm just cutting it out in my bathroom.

from my understanding unless you have the glands completely removed then yes it can. and i believe most doctors leave a little in so you dont have an indent in your chest. it is also very hard to remove all of the gland as it often has "fingers" that extend throughout the chest.

if a bit of tissue has formed.. can your puffy nipples still go down to regular size? or will they stay puffy due to the tissue..

usually it is there to stay. sometimes it may go down on its own over time and a reduced bodyfat percentage can help as well, but for the most part it is there to stay.

increased fat deposits in the surrounding area as a result of elevated estrogen would be my guess.

hmm. maybe.. but i have a very low body percentage as it is.. if it were that and i were to lose some fat.. would only the one without tissue go down then?

im willing to bet my puffy nipples there is tissue in both. maybe not as pronounced as the other one but still there. and if the problem is elevated estrogen then your body will still continue to store adipose tissue surrounding the nipple even at a low bf percentage.

Correct, doctors always keep a little bit of the breast tissue behind the nipple to prevent it from caving inward.

Reduced bodyfat doesn't matter, have you ever seen a bodybuilder who has gyno during competition? His bf% is VERY LOW yet the gyno sticks out like a sore thumb.

The body WILL NOT metabolize the fat tissue, it just won't. Just like in women, if a women get's her bf% down really low she will still have breast tissue, the body basically thought you were a woman at one time and developed breast tissue for lactation and even after it learned it was wrong it won't metabolize the breast tissue. If caught to late, surgery is the only option

There is really no such thing as gyno reversal, once you have gyno you can rarely get rid of it (through medication). Now if you have the beginning symptoms of gyno (painful nipples, swollen nipples, a very small lump) and you run AI's and Nolva ASAP then yes you can prevent it from developing.

So there is a difference between HAVING gyno and HAVING beginning symptoms of gyno.

Gyno usually happens in one side of the breast, it rarely happens in both at the same time so thats why you can feel it one and not the other.

Most insurance companies don't cover gyno surgery because it is a cosmetic issue that bares no impact on the health in a negative way.

You say to run an AI and Nolva? The reason I ask is I have the same problem. I have actually had gyno removal in the past. I started Test Cyp and Arimdex and run arimidex through the whole cycle and a lump is now under my right nipple. I'm so pissed cause gyno surgery was no joke. I only have a sensitive lump underneath now, it has not protruded too much yet. Am still running the test and Arimidex right now.

What was your arimidex dosage? When you felt the beginning symptoms you should have taken nolva at 40mgs and bumped it up until it was gone.

Also just because you have gyno surgery it can absolutely come back so you should have taken more precautions to prevent that than the average gear user.

I was taking 1 mg of Arimidex eod. Should I have taken the Nolva in addition or instead of?

that would be your call.. you know you have an issue.. if your going to run a cycle take precautions from the beginning to keep it from developing further..

  26. #26

on hand nothing.. you know you have an issue..dont give it a chance to flair up.. start from the beginning.. id rather prevent issues from happening from the start then try and combat them once they show up,,see what im getting at..

Exactly, run letro or armidex during your entire cycle and if you still get the symptoms bump it up a little, it will affect your gains a bit but then again you dont get any gyno so benefits exceed the sacrifice.

So how long does it usually take before it is irreversible? I have it on both sides, slightly bigger on my left. If I squeeze my nipple I can feel the lump, about the size of a marble maybe slightly bigger. Is this to late?

I was reading up on Gyno the other day, cause well I was bored and researching, and it entirely depends on ur insurance company some guy got them to pay for it cause they did a study and you are at higher risk of male breast cancer with Gyno, so they paid for it as a preventative treatment. Maybe worth looking into?

my buddy got gyno surgery a while back and he now never has to run antis for gyno. I have heard this from a few people that use massive amounts of compounds and never had to deal with gyno issues since there surgery. Also how long has it been since you could feel the lumps under your nipples. I had a serious case of gyno for a long time I think 8months or longer after doing gyno reversal with letro and nolva twice they returned to normal. Maybe you should try some antis from a different source. the first time I tried gyno reversal I got my antis from a research site I dont normally use and not much happened then the second time I used a different research site and everything was good. so either it took 2 times or I had underdosed anties. some food for thought.

I seriously doubt if you had a "serious case of gyno" for more than 8 months it would go away from letro/nolva, it might get smaller but not go away.
