Reduced bodyfat doesn't matter, have you ever seen a bodybuilder who has gyno during competition? His bf% is VERY LOW yet the gyno sticks out like a sore thumb.
The body WILL NOT metabolize the fat tissue, it just won't. Just like in women, if a women get's her bf% down really low she will still have breast tissue, the body basically thought you were a woman at one time and developed breast tissue for lactation and even after it learned it was wrong it won't metabolize the breast tissue. If caught to late, surgery is the only option
There is really no such thing as gyno reversal, once you have gyno you can rarely get rid of it (through medication). Now if you have the beginning symptoms of gyno (painful nipples, swollen nipples, a very small lump) and you run AI's and Nolva ASAP then yes you can prevent it from developing.
So there is a difference between HAVING gyno and HAVING beginning symptoms of gyno.
Gyno usually happens in one side of the breast, it rarely happens in both at the same time so thats why you can feel it one and not the other.
Most insurance companies don't cover gyno surgery because it is a cosmetic issue that bares no impact on the health in a negative way.
