Well, I know winny has negative effects for some on joints but I've never heard of back pain.

i inject into my shoulders/triceps... the back pain is awful after injecting.

injection anxiety sounds like to me. Anything else get tense before/after the injection?

Flex may have a point, is this your first self-injection cycle? you're probably tensing up and don't even realize it. The chance of hitting the same nerve over and over is pretty minimal.

The only way you could fell something after injection is if it is done IV, it dosn't get into your system that fast IM.
