    just got some cell-tech creatin and muscle-tech protien is this stuff anygood???

    no its garbage. go with a micronized creatine monohydrate that doesn't have a trillion mg's of sugar and doesn't flatten your wallet with a steam roller. And as for nitro tech, it's over priced whey. I won't comment on your whey because it actually depends on what your goals are for me to recommend one.
