    Torn ligament/tendon Help please

Ok, so I know this might not be the correct forum but please someone must have some insight.

1 week ago I pulled a ligament or tendon in my shoulder (I was doing something stupid not working out or anything)

I was hopeful there was a steroid product that would help speed up the recovery and strg my ligaments and tendons so that when I go back to heavy benching I wont have that happen again

IM planning to use steroids for 1 month only. No more, and I wouldnt mind cutting a few pounds

So can someone suggest something that will help me recovery and please tell me how much of it i should take like 1? 2? idk And maybe even a bit of fat loss.

I know this might sound stupid but i cannot wait and I seek the benefits of steroids.

1 month and im done, I know they're addicting but you cant supply an addiction without money ! haha

nope, you need rest or surgery - steroids are not what you are looking for to fix this...

weight loss is easy see diet section

one month and you would not see much change - steroids are not a magic pill for what you would like to see

your injured - it that were really the case (and yes it will help) dont you thing ever doc would just precribe hgh to any ball player and they would be fixed? why would they go under the knife if they could just shoot them w a needle and fix them?

I had shoulder prob and did some T E for 6 weeks and Im completly healed. Everyones different as well as there injury. Of course docs jump to surgery $$$$. But in my situation I did everything I could before going under the knife and again the T E was very good and very helpful and I worked out on it as soon as I started but of course took it easy first month.

Gear doesn't make your tendons or ligaments stronger.Moving more weight, and giving your body time to adapt to that change, is infact what makes them become stronger.Gear really only effects the muscle fiber itself.Rest your shoulder or get a cortisone injection,I suggest both.
