been training on and off for 3 yrs, im 25 161cm tall weigh 76kg, my goal is to get to 90/95kg, not full ripped just big and cut up...

Ive used it once many years ago, i got it from Aus at the time and it didnt do anything remarkable from my memory, I think your better stating your stats,cycle history and what your after achieving,
