What a great site,
I have been training for 4 years now 3 times a week and have not been able to achieve what i wanted.
I am 32 years of age weight 198lbs and 6 foot 20% BF.
My friend recently bought me a present of:
Deca 300 10ml,Sust 250 10ml and Win100 10ml.(after reaserach i see i need CLOMID so have oredered it)
He bought me this after i was complaining about my fustrations, i have had personnel trainers in the past,trained hard and dieted well over the years but just havent got the results have got some good ones but not what i want.
Goals: strength and definition not to much bulk i think i would be very happy to drop a lot of BF but staying a similar weight.
I have spent $1000's on suplements.
I have been out of gym for 8 weeks and now have a new hunger to get back into gym but would like your advise.
Is it possible to cycle the products i have in a 6/8 week cycle and if so how would you do it.
Please help me out here, my friend has recomended the following:
week 1: deca 100mg,sust 100mg
week 2: deca 200mg, sust 200mg
week 3: deca 300mg, sust 300mg
week 4: deca 200mg, sust 200mg
week 5: deca 100mg, sust 100mg
week 6: deca 100mg, sust 100mg
week 7: start the win100
Please advise me on the best thing to do.
