I dont think anything needs to be used on cycle. now post cycle is a different story.

also Phosphatidylserine has shown some benefit but in high doses. Vit C is alot cheaper.

I've read some about Vitamin C combating stress levels. I take 2g in the morning upon waking, as well as 2-3g PWO.

Cytaden at 500mg for only 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off.

    I used it 2000 precomp.

    Does it work? Yes.

Does it inhibit cotis and estro? Yes.

Can you die if you over use it? Yes.

can anyone give you on point advice, prob not. It feel outta favor in the early 2000s due to the lack of information about the safe use of it.

I am mixed writing this cause it can actually kill you. If used months on end the effect is zero cort and your body does need to have the ability to break shit down.

Joint problems were an issue for me.

here again i am mixed about writing this.
