Help with diet for a minimum schedule for meals

I work in a warehouse from 8:30am to 5PM and that leaves for minimum time for eating. Also I am rather new to the world of bodybuilding and am looking for advice on a diet for my needs.

Can anyone suggest a few things for a newbie like me. Thinking shakes or stuff along the lines might be the best option for me.

I also work and go to uni so its hard for me to consume my meals, but you have to work around it. I pre cook my food (chicken, steak, turkey) the night before and put in containers with rice and vegetables and bring to eat during my short breaks. preparation is the key and id also buy some protein powder to sip on if you dont get a break. id suggest you consume a breakfast lunch and dinner with 3 shakes between each. You gota find what works best for you.

Pre-cooking meals, tupperware and learning that things dont taste so bad cold are your best friends when it comes to eating on the go.

I don't mind reheated food or anything. Just limited time at work for meals makes it difficult. A good breakfast and dinner I can do for sure and a possible decent lunch. Are there shakes that have most of what I should be getting in them?

I was thinking Prolab N-Large 2 would make for a good one I could fit in during the day
