So my BMR calculator reading indicated I should consume 2000cals a day for maintenance. So to construct a sufficent LEAN BULK DIET would I go 500cals above maintaince?ie;2500cals or would I need to go higher?Also I know I will need to adjust accordingly to my specific level of activity.I just need to figure out the base before I can go any further.
