    First Timer, looking for advice

    Hi guys,

    I'm sure this question has been asked many times so I'll apologize in advance. I'm 22 years old, very healthy, and have been weight training seriously and consistently for the last 2+ years. I'm 6'1, 170 lbs, and am wanting to do a cycle to maximize my strength gains. I'm looking for some helpful advice as to what I should use for a beginners cycle. I am interested in Deca 200 because of the minimal possible androgenic side effects. What should the deca be stacked with? I've heard that Sustanon 250 OR Testaviron is good, but i really don't know much about the stuff. I would really appreciate some advice from experienced users as to what would be good for a beginners cycle. Thanks a lot guys.

    Your to young to consider AAS, you need to sort your diet out and build more of a natural base - check this thread out http://forums.steroid.com/showthread.php?t=398146 and go down to the diet section and learn how to eat to build muscle

    I agree with the above. You need food not steroids. Please listen to the above advise and read the given thread.

    Also stay around and learn. You really DONT want to do Deca alone and you DONT want to do Deca for a first or 2nd cycle.

    Have you got the Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome?
    I do not believe so, as I believe you need no AAS.
    Follow the previous advices, believe me it is the best thing you can do at your age.

    Thanks guys, I appreciate the advice, and I'm not gonna argue with experience. If it's not too much trouble could one of you help me out with say a sample 2 month clean bulking diet to maximize my lean mass?

    Also, a list of supplements I should be using in addition to diet would be helpful. Thanks.

    Go to diet section for diet they will help you there. And supps I stack:

    VPX Synthesize
    IDS Smart Gainer
    Universal ZMA
    Tribulus
    GABA
    Whey (cheap one)
    Glutamine

    this is the stack I use to use and will be resuming post cycle. Gained good weight last year off of it probably a good 15-20 lbs then shredded down
