    help old injury vet or knowledgeable user please check out

    I went to the doc yesterday I broke my arm a yr ago and had surgry,this is my first cycle since I. Broke my arm. I have a sharp pain in my arm where I. Have the metal plate at they took x rays yesterday and said the bone looks fine but I can't even do a push up it hurts so bad, the only thing I can think of is the steroids maybe causeing the pain I'm on andropen 275 and tren 100 should I throw in some deca and see if it helps with the pain.

    i doubt the pain is related with the gear. it is probably residual from having a metal plate bolted on your bone. try icing before and after training, and get a wrist support to limit movement in your arm.

    If you werent on gear i would say take some motrin at the prescription level of 800mg three times a day for inflammation. that will be a little harsh on the liver.

    talk to your your doc and ask if it's safe to continue to train, and maybe the pain will subside the more you use it...

    Thanks bro I'm gonna take a few off till it stops hurting my doc gave me someetodolac 400 mg I'm takeing it twice a day it seems to help,once my arm starts to feel better I'm gonna start lifting again thanks again for the info I will also try ice and heat on it.

    The pain is probally coming from the stress of weightlifting. Tren is known for dramatic strength increase, so be careful when increasing weight. It would be terrible to break your arm again while benchpressing. I have heard that Deca is good for dry joints. I doubt Deca will do anything for that metal plate
