your diet needs to change before you try adding compounds, write out what you eat for a day and post it in detail(i want amount of protein/carbs/fat in EACH meal written out)

My experience has shown that Clen is a superior fat burner. The results are instant, it is anti-catabolic for me and gives me incredible strength increases.

I have heard consistent reports that Anavar is the ultimate compound but I guess I am the guy who says differently and respond differently then again, it appears few people reap the benefits of Clen like I do.

no idea where you heard that anavar is the ultimate compound, but it's not even close

i'd like to know how you figured out that clen was anti-catabolic in regards to you

Here on the board. It gets rave reviews like it is a heaven-send and complaints of its high price. I won't use it again. I agree

Well, let me tell you how I figured out that clen is anti-catabolic in regards to me.

I am able to add muscle tissue while using clen. Bodyfat analysis before and on shows a decrease of BF with an increase of LBM but hey, don't take my word for it.

The strength increases for me on clen are incredible. I have done 1200 lbs calf-raises and have shrugged 7.5 plates for a set of 7 reps on just clen... feats I have yet to duplicate on AAS.

Taurine does nothing to prevent the cramping. I just deal with it as best I can.

I do diet and I do a min of 1 hour of cardio after weight training 5-6 days a week. I dont eat any junk food, lots of veggies, chicken, protein, etc. This bf% is from a scale which is inaccurate if you eat or workout hours before going on. I will get an accurate bf% tomorrow if I can.

I was gonna say, that's pretty high. With how your training looks and if you eat how you say you do, then I would think you'd be pretty lean already.

Get an accurate body fat measurement and post your exact diet.

You've alreaddy been told. Write out an example, meal by meal, of what you typically eat in a day. Write down the times you eat the meals too.
