Dysautonomia While On Cycle

Noob here, so bear with me. Has anyone ever come down with dysautonomia while on or coming off of cycle? I've been having my face and ears get hot at different times of the day. Checked my BP and it was fine 120/70. I'ts weird like you have a fever but then it suddenly goes away only to return later on.
Just thought i'd throw that one out there. I know it's not man'o'pause cause i'm 25, so I ruled that one out. Anyone else ever have this happen to them?
I hope it's not dysautonomia.

Symptoms of dysautonomia are numerous and vary widely from person to person. Since dysautonomia is a full-body condition, a large number of symptoms may be present that can greatly alter a person's quality of life. Each patient with dysautonomia is different—some are affected only mildly while others are left completely bedridden and disabled.

The primary symptoms that present in patients with dysautonomia are:

Excessive fatigue
Excessive thirst (polydipsia)
Lightheadedness, dizziness or vertigo
Feelings of anxiety or panic (not mentally induced)
Rapid heart rate or slow heart rate
Orthostatic hypotension, sometimes resulting in syncope[2] (fainting)
Other symptoms frequently associated with dysautonomia include: headaches, pallor, malaise, facial flushing, salt cravings, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, acid reflux, visual disturbances, orthostatic hypotension, numbness, nerve pain, trouble breathing, chest pains, in some cases loss of consciousness and seizures.

Well I only have that facial flushing so I think that that can be ruled out, but I read somewhere that it can be realted to the endocrine system controlling something to do with our fight or flight hormones. Who knows? Could just be me freaking out. I'll take a chill pill.

Just the last couple of weeks. Don't want to see my doctor unless it's absolutely necessary. He is the type who frowns on using, and I don't want a lecture.
