Arrow can my max bench go up 20-30kg in a year ?

ok so my 1rp is 90kg at the moment.
with proper training and dieting what could i get it to a year from now
started the gym a year and a half ago
my 1 rp then was 40kg
so i have more than doubled
would going for 110-120kg bench 1rep (20-30kg increse) be v.hard to get ?

It would be hard, but not very hard. Proper training (not over training), proper diet and consistency will get your there.

Obviously the higher up in weight you go the less your gains become because your only built to be so strong. Granted AAS and strength as opposed to body building can make this process easier.

IMO it should be easy for you to get the goal....unless your body weight is 50 kilos....
    What is your body weight?

Keep a log book, use progressive overload, deload every 4-6 weeks for a couple of weeks then go again.

There are many factors that it could depend on but it is not impossible

I went up about, eh, 80lbs my first year of working out. But that was a veryyyyyyy long time ago. Yeah you should be able to do it with the proper routine and diet.

I think it is very possible since we are talkin about 1 rep max, If you give it everything you got and increase only 2kg per month (which is very doable), You will be up 24 kg after one year. Easier said then done, but big DEAL! u gotta do what you gotta do.
