I was reading the workout section and I as wondering, How many people workout one day on and then take a day off? And do you guys that are going heavy do low reps? how many reps?

I use an 2 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off split. Also yes I go heavy with low reps, of course I'm bulking right now.
I do 5 on 1 off when school is out but nowadays I'm on the 1 on 1 off due to obvious schedule constraints.
I hate one day on one off. I feel like shit having this much time off from the gym. To each his own but it's a true pain in the ass for me.
I always do low rep weight. 3 warmup sets with light-moderate and then heavy all the way. Whether cutting or bulking/
