Absolutely no disrespect to Noles12, but

what if I do run this cycle with 20% bf

cycle~ test prop 500week for 10 weeks w/ .5 arimedex a day for side prevention~ i can also get tren , but i want to keep it simple for my 1st cycle

    pct~ 3 days after last ij weeks 1-4 .50clomid
    weeks 1-2 .40NOLVA
    weeks 3-4 .20 nolva~{ Edited-read the rules}

cant my muscle% go up and bf% go down if my diet is straight

.... again I just posted in the diet section and Im taking the advice, but man I feel like 17 years of lifting im ready... but im grateful for the advice and less bf is def a wise choice and I can use razor sharp discipline in the diet, i just dont want too lose muscle while losing bf.. again thanks for the advice i got young cats in the gym telln me too run tren straight for 10 weeks, so i appreciatte the forums and advice here

Noles is one of the most consistent members here, I've yet to see him give bad advice. whether you listen or not is up to you.

    Agreed!!

Noles is the shit! That guy gives solid advice and helps even when they are being phenomenally ignorant and rude. You can't disrepect or discount a member of that stature.

If you wanted to learn, you would listen to him.

    My 2 cents

I just read your past threads, you say you have annoying love handles and a gut in your first thread, then in your next thread Noles gave you accurate respectful advice. He is indeed right, again whether you take good advice or not is your call.

If you haven't got a solid diet in place with good training principles then using aas with such a high bf% will without doubt cause you to gain more fat, period...

You also run a high risk of suffering from ERSE which are to be avoided at all costs...

I do not know what he told you but since I have read many of his replies to guys asking for help, I am sure you received the right advice.
    He is serious.

Whatever your decision, with that body fat, cycling can lead you to severe health issues.

20% is on the high side, but I have cycled as high as 18%.

The guys that you see in the offseason that cycle and put on a fair amount of fat are the ones that put on the most stage weight (bodybuilding) too. Gaining a bit of fat when cycling (low/moderate) isnt that bad IMHO.

Its far harder to gain LBM staying at sub 8%.

if you are so sure of your abillities to run a proper diet, why are you 20%?!?!? prove you can support a cycle by getting your bf down first.

Isn't 22% considered obese? Even at 14-16% bodyfat I was advised not to start a cycle till I was under 14% even where i'm at now, ( mid first cycle) I still wish I'd waited another month of my cutting diet. Maybe run some thermogenics with your diet for 6-8 weeks.

In my professional opinion, with a reasonable degree of medical certainty, it's never a good idea to name your thread "Absolutely no disrespect to Noles12, but...."

Haha i didnt want to join in but when scrolling through threads and i saw this, i thought for sure he was going to be bashing me.

It really wasnt against me. I just stated that at a higher BF% it is not as safe to cycle and that changing your diet is the most important thing when it comes to fat loss. That is the generally the accepted way here and obviously many others agree. But my opinion is already known so i will stay out of this one

A very sensible and mature attitude, it would be so much easier for us to just say to everyone, "yes take this and take that". However ones health is far to important, and we like to think we give reasonable safe advice..

Good luck and maybe start a log in the appropriate forum..
