hey guys, thanks for the advice, my diet has only ben straight for like last 2 years, i went from 320-230 in a lil over year.... due to be insane on my diet for a year, i was mass building from like jan to april, now im slowly chippn away... but im human, and have about 2-4 cheat meals a week...so yes i was an eater and lifter for 15yrs, now im changin up last 2 years..... anyways, I really am gonna hold out until my bf% is down, u all make tons of sense especially these 2 points... 1. higher % of health problems 2. cant/wont recognize gyno/sides fast enough... * sigh* you all mean I have to train and diet with discipline and do more research on/about gear??
