    sleep

If you haven't been able to sleep at all in the night do you still work out that day?

I have sleeping problems sometimes. Some days I sleep maybe 2 hours but some days when I have time I can sleep all day and almost 12 hours.
Last night I couldn't sleep anything.

Agree. You should def see somebody about your sleep issues. Sleep is extremely important for building muscle. I wouldn't train the next day if I didn't get any sleep the night before. Good luck bro. Sleepless nights are horrible.

Thanks for your replies but I went to the gym still and trained back and abs. I drank tea and later No xplode.
I live alone but talk to my mom sometimes. She said that I should get some sleeping medication so I can fall asleep. I thought about it today but I don't want to take something that I can get addicted to.
I have read that getting enough sleep is more important than eating and working out. Not just for the muscles but for the overall health too.

Sometime I do, sometimes I don't. But I usually regret working out when I don't get enough sleep, like I should just wait a day and move my whole schedule back a day.

for sleep, have you tried melatonin? it is OTC
you can also purchase a night time allergy tab from Walmart... little yellow pill, also OTC.

Before you go prescription, you should exhaust your OTC options.

Take 2 benadryl before bed every night and you should be fine.

I have problems sleeping also and that seems to work.

I know. It's bad to drink something with caffeine in the evening for those that have trouble falling asleep. I don't drink coffee in the evening often. Just sometimes but I have thought about cutting down on coffee but I only drink it at most two times a day.
Last night In fell asleep about 04 AM and woke up after 01 PM.
Btw thanks guys for your advices. I´m gonna talk to some doctor about it if I continue to have sleeping problems. First I'm gonna stop being at the computer late in the evening.

This site doesn't help when you want to leave the computer early If i was you i would seek a doctors advice as soon as possible as oppose to waiting to see if it continues. The sooner the problem is sorted, the better!
