I have look and haven't found. My question is how long after a 5 week pct, which followed a 8 week deca only cycle, should you wait before you do another cycle? I will be doing test e at 500mg week. Also would it be best to run arimidex with the cycle?

typically it's time on + time off = pct, unless otherwise indicated by bloodwork.

Keep the adex on hand.

Use if necessary.

time on time off ,so 8 weeks plus 2 weeks waiting for the deconate ester clear plus 5 weeks = 15 weeks ,this is the ammount of time off ,8 week deca cycle is a bad one but atleast youu got pct sorted ,adex on cycle is a personal thing ,if you suffer from gyno then use it ,if not i wouldent bother.

lol thats not real adex ,its a legal suppp that it not worth the tub its in ,you need to get real adex.

i have never seen that gear be4 but its for sure ugl (under ground lab) as for the oil being the same colour thats totaly normal ,if you trust your source you should be ok.

definitely get bloodwork done... hopefully you recovered well enough after deca only, thats harsh on the body.

i bought some sust 250 and deca from it and they look like the same color oil .. like a light yellow....did i get ripped off
