Obviously im not intrested in a 300lB MONSTER AT 25%BF

I mean the biggest bodybuilder on this board

I have only ever seen one pic of Marcus and the guy looks huge, he just wont share any more pics tho

I agree with the others posted above. That one freakshow comes to mind who ran his first cycle last year. He was like 6'1" 250lbs at like 6%..black guy...I think his name was "Ty" something.....ring a bell?

nahh,ive never really looked at anyones pics to be honest only there avvys when they comment and ive noticed above kp,haz and xtralrge are lookin pretty solid..there probally loads on here,the info people are giving out about cycles,diet training etc and looking at how long theyve been around here with that kind of info,they should be massive by now if thats there goal..
i wouldnt mind havin a look at people progress esp if theyve got a before and after pic of like 5 years that would be pretty awsome and good motivation to us aswell..

Thanx for the compliments, but Im nowhere near these boys... sitting about 220ish right now and guys like Haz are currently on their way to 250+ and I think there has been mention of a few of the boys floatin in the 270-280 range in single or low double digit bf. Freaks

started lifting at 18 - 175lbs. Cycled when I was 19 and ran tren/deca by themselves..... did one cycle with test in it. Pretty much thought I knew what I was doing. I took off from lifting from 21-24 years old and started back up again around my 24th B-day. Worked out for a year again before cycling but I worked my ass off in that year. I finally got my routine down.... my diet down..... and then ran a test only cycle. I'm now almost 250 with my sights set on 260 before x-mas. Hopefully compete next year..... we'll see.

LMAO yep.....

A training partner of Gaspari told me not to mess with testosterone and that deca would be fine. Next cycle..... a friend made his own tren and I bought it an ran it alone. Actually made gains from the tren LOL but lost em ofcoarse.....

This site has been a godsend for me..... it's a wealth of information and some people don't understand that. Once you spend time here, do your research, and then spend time learning your body...... you can make some real nice progress.

i'm 26.....

eh I was probably about 210 or so when I was 24. I know I was a sloppy 210 at 23 LOL so I cleaned it up a bit when I got back into lifting.

I'd like to.....If I can put on enough weight by spring i'd like to do a spring show. I'm more nervous about fvckin up my posing routine than I am about lookin like shit LOL! It'd just be a nice accomplishment regardless of how I do..... I admire all the guys like Fireguy, reed, and cgb who have the guts to step on stage......
