    Smile 4 weeks into my first cycle, am I doing something wrong?

    I'm feeling pretty good, today is my 4th week on my very first cycle. here's the low down.

    I'm 6'5", 264 pounds. I started at 250 so this 14 pound weight gain has surprised me when my initial goal was to really lean up. I'm feeling stronger however, even though I think I have a lot of water retention.

    I'm doing 2-2.5cc's a week broken out into 1cc to 1.25cc's on monday and the same on thursday. I'm using biotech pharmaclinico testosterone cypionate 250ml vials I bought online. I do glute and quad injections. I currently am NOT doing any kind of Nolvadex or clomid during my cycle like some sites suggest, is this bad? I was going to use Clomid as my post cycle therapy, along with Tribulis supplement.

    I eat about 4-5 times a day, and am keeping my protein to around 200 grams a day, if I go more than this I feel kinda sluggish for some reason. I eat oatmeal or regular cheerios in the morning and some kind of red meat daily, with fruits and veggies throughout the day and I get about 100 grams of protein from whey shakes. I eat fish daily. I consume approximately 2500 calories a day.

    I train weights at least 5 days a week, all body parts. I run for my cardio 3-4 days a week, 30 minutes at a time usually at level 5.5 and working my way up a bit more each week. I really want cardio (stamina) results along with overall strength/endurance, and lowering body fat is my main priority, but I don't want to be as lean as a fitness competitor or anything. Just lean and see my abs well and really make the mid section (thighs, glutes and spare tire) lean up and have very little fat in those locations.

    your protein intake should be at least your body weight, if your feeling sluggish; try adjusting carbs and see what happens. You should have another meal for a total of 5-6 preferably 6 (every 3 hours)

    actually.. show us your meals for critique and how old you are also? Then, we can advise further.

    I'm 32. I eat about every 3-4 hours right now. Most meals consist of some kind of meat and a vegetable. I eat fruit throughout the day like apples and pears and bananas etc. I'm like to get my body fat down and weight around 240, I'm assuming I weight so much now from water retention? I eat pork chops, fish, beef, egg and turkey/chicken for my main protein sources. I only drink milk with my oatmeal/cheerios in the mornings. I stay away from lunch meats and I try to really limit my salt intake. My cardio seems to be improving but I was used to running at 235 pounds, so running at nearly 265 pounds is a lot more painful on my feet. Any way I can stop gaining so much body weight? I'm scared my body fat is increasing along with muscle. I know all peoples metabolisms and genetic make up is different, but my friend who has been doing regular test injections and eats like shit has zero body fat, doesn't even work abs and has a ripped 6 pack and did NOT look like this before the test. He's doing around 2cc's a week as well, but has a good 6 months on me.

    Your friend has been on 500mg of test for 6 months?

    He is 2 cycles ahead of me, but has been talking some stupidity about never taking a break since he's 40. I think he's a fool but he seems to think it's fine since his last lab reports came back perfect and the doc told him he had the muscle tone of a 25 year old. He gets his stuff from Australia and it comes in ketchup packets hidden inside of a snorkel or shampoo bottle etc. Seems shady, but his results thus far are pretty shocking..

    So am I doing anything wrong here concerning the test cyp by itself and only clomid for my PCT?

    don't use clomid until PCT to kick start your natural test production.. and start it 3 weeks after your last test injection.. at 100mged for two weeks and then 50mged for the following two weeks.. you are recommended to take some kind of AI during PCT such as Nolvadex.. which would be taken at 40mg/ed first two weeks 20mg/ed last two weeks.

    up your protein to 300g ED at your size

    Nolvadex is a SERM...

    an AI would be like Adex or letro

    Is this for PCT or during my cycle? Should I be taking something besides test cypionate during my cycle to lower estrogen and help cut fat?

    Why would you wait 3 weeks after the last injection. The half life of Test Cyp is about two weeks so wouldn't you want to start it around two weeks after and Nolva's a SERM.

    aside from what machine advised I dont really see any other specific questions. Looking over your diet, I would consider spending some time in the diet forum and get some ideas also find your TDEE and work around that for weight loss. You need to be sure that you are losing fat opposed to muscle. Carbs are your best friend and your worse enemy! Conquer those!

    your protein intake should be 2.5grms of protien per kilo of bodyweight ...so if your 264lbs im guessing thats around 125 kg so your protien should be around 325 grms a day for optimal results

    I dont have access to to aromasin or Nolvadex, here's what I have access to for my Post cycle and on cycle (besides test of course)

    Arimiplex (Anastrozole)
    Clomid
    Pregnyl (HCG) 5000iu
    Proviraplex 20 tabs
    Tamoxiplex

    Out of these what should I use ON cycle and as my PCT?

    So you have Adex why not use that for you AI dude? Tamoxifen is Nolvadex.

    Suggestion is to visit the diet forum.

    Your diets off by quite a bit, your gains wont stay.

    Only time I hear pct during cycle is when you had sides, other then that the common 4 week PCT directly after cycle starts.

    Your a big boy, pictures would be nice.... weekly even better to see how your gains are maintained.

    why do people put how many cc's or ml they are taking?? and then put what the dose is per ml, its simple math but it pisses me right off! lol

    Just put how many mg of what your taking.

    Tamoxiplex is Nolvadex, so add that to your PCT with your clomid. Arimiplex is a good choice to use on cycle to reduce estrogen and water retention often associated with test. Common dosage for this is .5 mg eod or .25 mg per day. In my personal opinion, adding HCG to any cycle is a great idea and will help ensure a faster recovery and allow you to keep the maximum amount of muscle.

    He would want to wait 18 days after the last injection since he is using cypionate. Enanthate has a 14 day half life, but cypionate has a slightly longer half life of 18 days.
