    age: 21
    weight: 245-250
    about 10 weeks out from my show

    diet:

    meal 1:
    1.5 cup egg whites
    2 whole eggs
    1 cup oats (dry)
    1 banana

    meal 2,4,5:
    10oz chicken
    1.5 cups brown rice

    meal 3,6:
    8oz sirloin
    1.5 cups brown rice

    **meal 6 has NO rice....just greens

    diet update

    new diet change started this past sunday:

    everything the same except:

    -no fruit in first meal
    -brown rice only 1 cup now

    looking flat but losing around 1-2lbs a week and still getting harder as the week pregresses. cant wait for cheat meal tomorrow night!

    LOL! never heard that one b4, but thats why i train legs hard, hate seein top heavy idiots who have chicken legs n talk about having knee problems or back problems as an excuse why they dont train legs

    i dont need carbs b4 i go to sleep, would interfere with my GH secretion when i fall asleep. brown rice is low glycemic, helps keep my insulin levels stable thoughout the day. also because i am in a defecit.....thats what u do when u diet

    haha they were pretty flat when i took these pics, i keep things simple during leg days, heavy weight and high reps, usually just extensions, squats, and presses

    You are for sure a thick dude. Are you sure you will be ready in 10 weeks??? I'd hate to see a big guy like you diet too hard and lose alot of your fullness. Slow and steady wins the race my man...........just my 2 cents.

    trust me this wont happen, im working with a buddy of mine and we are on the same page, we are not going to sacrafice any muscle. it was my fault that i kind of decided to do this last second. if i dont come in condition, then thats my fault

    my legs didnt look as good as they shouldve, they werent shaved yet and its only been a few weeks on the diet, they are pretty conditioned already, would look better if i had a tan lol
