After researching all the newbie cycles, I think I've decided on the sus-dbol cycle shown at the very top here:

Any suggestions on post cycle therapy for this? Also, any ideas on the approximate cost of this cycle?

start clomid 11th weeks - give the sust about 3 weeks to get level down. 300/100/50 for clomid - And do a search on clomid - there are 100's of links on it.

bro, those cycles are a little out dated....your not supposed to run d-bol for 8 weeks bro...and sust should be shot eod, you are better off running the cycle below..you can add d-bol if you want to at 25mg ed...Madmax..


test cyp 400mg (1-10)
deca 300mg (1-10)

lol, yeah, I should have mentioned I wasn't expecting to go the full 8 weeks on dbol. Want to be as kind as possible to the ole liver here. I was thinking the first few weeks to jump start the cycle, then sust from there.

How does that sound?

Some one really should update those. However I think arnold used to run dbol for 8 weeks???! But then again he was on a completly different level than us.

I'd go 400-500mg a week of enan or cyp. Add a second drug on your 2nd cycle.

I mainly wanted suggestions on post cycle therapy as well as a time frame for running the dbols. I was thinking 4 weeks just to jump start the cycle. Would sust alone be enough from that stage onwards, or is a stack more adviseable?

I found this cycle on Elite and I'm loving every min of it

Sustanon250 every 4 days for 10 weeks
D-bol 25 mgs/day for 4 weeks
Clomid post cycle
.5 arimidex e.o.d throughout cycle
nolva on hand in case of gyno

How does that look to you guys?

sust should be injected EOD.

You might want to consider doing something like deca or eq with the tests. I do about 400mg of deca per week with my cycles.

Dude , correct me if I'm wrong but it sounds as though your going to start the Sus at wk 4 You should be starting it the same day as your d-bol , so when you stop the d-bol the Sus is starting to work. I just didn't understand what you were saying.
