    question about alcohol + food digestion

    just wanted to know if u can actually keep muscle gains / size / strength etc if ur eating the right amount of protein / nutrients ever 2 - 3 hours while ur out drinken alcohol aswell, obviously u will get fatter / bad sleep patterns / feel shit in the morning/ loose testorone and probly alot more other bad things that i cant think of.... but just wanted to know if u can still keep ur muscle gains at the same time?? or does it not absorb properly or how does it all work anyone know?

    im not im just asking in general.. but if i was to drink probly only once a week? u know just a usual saturday nite out.

    If your serious about bodybuilding, you should not consume alcohol. It has no value.

    Lol, you need balance in your life and to most people bodybuilding is a hobby and should stay.

    Drinking once a week is fine, of cause not when on a cycle.
