Sorry as far as the stack goes, I'm taking: 20mg stanzolol/day 240mg andriol/day and 200ml deca/week. Always have been a hard gainer never been on the heavy side and am 35 yrs old 5'7" 175 lbs. 19% body fat.

I don't really like that stack. I'd stop and re-evaluate what you are doing. First, how long have you been working out and what are you trying to accomplish with steriods.
