Hey guys,
My first post here as I am new to the forum. I have been reading here for a while now. My stats are 5'7 I am 178 body fat was 14% last time checked. Ive been lifting since I was 14 (currently 21) for sports and now I lift for personal gains regularly for the last 2 and a half years. I recently took a long break being in school and coaching for anyone wondering why the body fat was a little high.
OK now for the goods lol
I figured for my first cycle i should run test e for ten weeks and from what i have read 500mg a week should be sufficient.
was gonna use clomid for pct and already have nova just in case something goes south
