    hotel workout

    So I will be at a hotel the next four days, not sure if they Have a gym or not yet. If not what would be a good workout routine that I could do while at my hotel. I am 6'1 at 212 pounds been lifting for a few years now. Thanks for any help you guys have!

    Can you bring any kind of weight with you?

    if they don't have a gym time to get creative, I do doorway rows, grab the door frame and really lean back in it, squats till it hurts, push ups, sit ups. Nice change actually, I've tried the weights you fill with water, not so good, got the band set from Big 5, not bad, easy to pack but body weight stuff the better alternative for me, good luck!

    Well thanks for that, and the only weights I can pack are a resistance band that I have

    Take 4 days off and let your body heal, or find a local gym. I live out of hotels for work and just lift at whatever gym is close to the hotel. I find a lot of ballys and they will usually work a deal with you and it's a huge ego boost lifting at most ballys.

    Yes, find a local gym and hit them early. Most hotels have something. If not... you can go for a jog...do tons of push ups with angle variations...diamond,etc... and also various situps,curnches, flutter kicks.
