Beginner Question - Armidex

Hello,

I'm 30 y/o, 6'4, 195 lbs, 10% body fat, and have worked out on and off for most of my adult life. I have never done any steroids before but I'm about to start. Aside from over-the-counter supplements, I'm going to be doing 250mg of cypionate twice a week for 12 weeks. My question is, at what cycle week should I start taking 0.5mg of Armidex? Should I start the first week or wait until around the 6th week?

I haven't decided 100% on a PCT yet (need to do more research), but I'm thinking it's going to involve Nolvadex or Clomid and lower does of Armidex a week after my last cycle....also undecided if I want to throw in IGF-1.

Start adex 2 weeks after starting cycle at either .25 EOD or .5 EOD depending if you are gyno prone.
Get a baseline test blood work before starting cycle.

If your ni**les get sore or you get lumps behind the ni**les rather soon after the start of your cycle you are prone to gyno. Some people get symptoms and some don't. BW would be a good idea after a few weeks to see where the estrogen levels are.

I would suggest starting at .25mg/day.

Everyone is different, but I think you'd be safe at that dose to prevent gyno. If you start seeing signs of it, bump to .5mgs.

Adex should be used prn/as needed, not just added arbitrarily to a novice cycle.
You may never need it!

Magic why is that? It seems as if the general
Consensus to run AI during whole cycle. I'm not Doubting as i don't k ow the answers... But just wondering why?

Thanks for the link. I understand most of that information on the post, I was just wondering why he states use AI per recommended and needed?

It´s better to wear a seatbelt rather than to potentially go through physical therapy, imo.
