    Post Advice & Tips Needed!!

    Hi there guys, a little intro about me... im a young bodybuilder from UK... started bodybuilding when i was 15 and now im 18, in the 3 years gone i have been on a super protein diet and hardcore training... as you can see in the pic the results are good..... I am planning in getting bigger and I mean extremely huge!!! I was thinking about taking danabol pills.. but then I heard so many side effects from them if you start taking them at the age of 18... its like a 50/50 risks of health problems... im completely lost and dont know what to take... despite that i tried most best seller high quality protein and creatine products they helped me alot but i still could not see that extreme size on..... what would you guys recommend???

    how is your diet really like? you will need enough carb and calories to grow, not just high protein.

    whats your height, weight and bf%?

    taking any kind of roids at 18yrs old is not really recommended, for long-term health reasons.

    hows your training regime like?

    Dianabol will just make you retain water... you'd get big n bloated for a couple months and then just loose all your gains. It'll also shut down your bodies natural testosterone production. If you wanna get and stay big for the long run, wait a few more years until you consider steroid use. If you want to put on Mass... there is one answer... more food! I'f you're eating alot now, figure out a way to add in another 3-5 small meals into your day. I have a hard time getting/keeping weight on. I get up and hr and a half early and eat a pre breakfast meal. I basically eat a small to medium size meal at 5am, 7am, 9:30, 11:30, 2pm, 4:30, 6pm, 8, and then stuff myself before bed. Plus gulps of protein shakes/weightgainer thoughout the day. I work a very physical job so I do burn alot of cals... but In order to get bigger... eating is key. No need for any steroid use with all the natural testosterone that you're producing at age 18. If you eat extreme, you'll see those gains that you're looking for.

    my diet is superior!! I consume high carb meals in the morning and before going gym as its important to take high carbs before gym so you can burn them off, all of my meals are consumed each 2-3 hours and I eat alot of protein, carbs, and calories, my body fat is 14% since ive stacked on quite alot of weight in the last 4 months,.... and yea I have heard about the water retention into the body if you use danabol.... If to be honest, I am already extremely huge to any 18 year old on the streets, but im still not happy with my size, ive been looking ages and ages for supplements, I found some pills like hardcore creatine ethyl ester, but they are still not enough for me.... =/

    Bro you are looking good keep up the good work.But at your age aas will mess you up.All you need is a good diet hit the diet section and they will show you how to grow.
