Starting PCT early bad caused by gyno lump

So i finished with my cycle of Test E/Anavar as of 5 days and am worried about my lump under my left nipple.
Can i start PCT today or have to wait 14 days to start my PCT.
I have Nolva and clomid for PCT but was wondering if i should be taking more action with some letro or will Nolva and clomid be sufficent.
Should letro be incorportated or see how it goes with the lump during or post PCT.

How much were you using if it was flaring up why did you not up your dosage till you found your sweet spot, and just because you stopped pinning does not mean you should stop using your ai, I stay at my on cycle dose upto pct and slowly taper off during pct by the last week I'm running no ai... I am gyno prone
