I have pip in both side of my gluteus, tomorrow I need to take another shot, can I still shot? maybe on the less pain side?

Right side had a shot 6 days ago and it keep hurting a little bit, (this is where I intend to shot)
Left side had a shot 2 days ago, still hurting.

Both gluteus are still huring but they didn't get big this time. they never turn red, no abscess sign. just pain on the gluteus medius part.

Try a 25 gauge x 1" Works great in quads and delts (bis and pecks too, if your in ta that)

Sus is a bitch, it hurts. It'll get better with repeated injections. You inject quad and you won't be able to walk. Hang in there.

You'd be better off hitting quads and giving the glutes a rest. It is rough at first, but gets better. However, if you keep pinning unhealed muscles, the knotting will get worse and you're going to develop a ton of scar tissue. You certainly don't want that.

Or, divide your 3mL into two injections and hit each delt.

Lol, every muscle is virgin when you start - that's the way it is. And sust isn't even a bad injection, try pinning suspension every day, haha, or test 400.

Yes and I plan on keeping it that way lol.

Kidding asside I just find it difficult to aspirate for butt shots. My gf says shes willing to inject me so I may have her do those shots for me but as for doing it myself i just don`t like it.
